In simple terms, funds deposited by Business Class or First Class clients automatically carries full insurance coverage against unexpected market events.

Insurance Policy Terms

UK Global Investors has an insurance policy with the general terms below:

1. Funds Deposit

The minimum capital must be ten thousand ($10,000) & hundred thousand U.S. dollars ($100,000) for Business & First Class accounts respectively.

2. Insurance Coverage

An client's insurance policy covers not less than ten thousand U.S. dollars ($10,000) up to a limit of one million U.S. dollars ($1,000,000).

3. Funding Method

Funding of the client's trading account should be completed online through PayPal or AWS Marketplace as provided by UK Global Investors.

4. Investors' Eligibility I

Full insurance coverage of capital is available to Business Class & First Class clients who signup for a new trading contract under any of the plans.

5. Investors' Eligibility II

Full insurance coverage of capital is available to Business Class & First Class clients who complete, sign and submit the trading contract.

6. Policy Effective Date

The insurance policy takes effect from the date that the account capital is received by UK Global Investors to be activated under the company's name.

7. Policy Effective Period

The insurance policy remains in effect for the following 12 months, until the client earns 100% Return On Investment added to their account capital.

8. Additional Deposits

All subsequent deposits made after the initial capital are also fully covered by the deposit insurance policy up to 100% of the additional funds deposited.

9. Volatile Market Events

The insurance fund is a financial vault created for the protection of clients' capital in case of rare market events such as the Great Depression of 1929.

10. Deposit Refunds

When an insurance claim has been processed successfully, the initial capital is refunded to the same payment method used by the client.
