* Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to open an account or interact with our broker integrations.

* Free Framework: UK Global Investors (UKGI) offers zero upfront fees, free fundraising infrastructure, and free deal flow.
* Regulated Brokers: Users must open and fund a separate trading account with one of our recommended third-party regulated brokers using our referral link. UKGI does not hold, manage, or take direct custody of user capital deposits.
* Account Connectivity: By connecting your brokerage account to our Master Account, you authorize the automated mirroring/copying of our live trading strategies.
* Profit Sharing: UKGI operates a performance-based fee model. We earn our remuneration directly out of generated trading profits per trading cycle, ensuring zero upfront or subscription-based out-of-pocket costs to the user.

* Broker Conduct: Third-party brokers are independent entities. UKGI is not responsible for broker operational failures, platform outages, slippage, fund withdrawal delays, or regulatory actions taken against integrated brokers.
* Total Indemnity: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UKGI, its directors, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or capital deficits incurred through your self-directed or copy-trading participation.

You agree not to:
* Reverse-engineer, scrap, or systematically extract trading signals, algorithm parameters, or performance data from our platform or connected FX Blue links.
* Use the Platform for any illicit activities, money laundering, or unauthorized structural fundraising.
* Provide false documentation or attempt to bypass the required regulatory broker protocols.

All materials on the Platform, including proprietary trading layouts, text, graphics, logos, and YouTube stream branding, are the intellectual property of UK Global Investors or its licensors and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
➡️ 8. TERMINATION OF SERVICE
We reserve the right, without notice or liability, to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform and disconnect account synchronization at our sole discretion, including for breach of these terms, regulatory necessity, or suspected fraudulent activity. Users may disconnect their brokerage accounts at any time at the end of a trading cycle, subject to broker terms.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
